Our graduate school is a joint initiative of the Max Planck Institute for Terrestrial Microbiology and Philipps-Universität Marburg and is committed to outstanding and multidisciplinary scientific training in modern microbiology. We provide excellent research facilities in the fields of cellular microbiology, molecular microbiology, microbial biochemistry, biogeochemistry, microbial ecology, plant-microbe interactions, and parasitology. Students broaden their individual PhD projects by joint seminars, lectures, workshops, international research conferences, and retreats. The program is taught in English.

Phd Studentship
Anyone help me to find a Phd Molecular Medical Microbiology.I just finished my MSc Molecular Medical Microbiology with Merit from University of East London, School of Health and Bioscience. UK.This project involved the investigation of the DNA repair gene study of Borrelia recurrentis and Borrelia dutonii, relapsing fever microorganisms from patient from East Africa. The project involved processing samples to carry out PCR and Electrophoresis gel. Valuable skills gained from this work included excellent organisational, data interpretation, bioinformatics, DNA sequencing, SNP anslysis and primer designing.
Any help for Phd information on my field, please let me know.
