I have just completed my UEC last year and have gained admission into NTU to study mass communications under a 4-year degree course. However I am in need of financial aids, a friend introduced me to this website. I was wondering if this scholarship is still open for Malaysians like me? Hope to be given smoe guidance on this. Thanks.
