Dear Sir/Madam
I am an Msc graduated of biomedical engineering from Dundee University , Scotland
(international student). I really like to study in your university. I have IELTS 6.5. I took GRE exam I got 330 on verbal and 650 on quantitative (overall of these two around 1000).
Would you please tell me if I could apply for your PhD Studentship.I am looking forward to hearing from you,
